Zoom → Settings → Audio → Microphone → Voicemod. Uncheck original sound unless you need it.

One suppressor, matched sample rate
Match sample rate to 48 kHz on the headset, Voicemod Pro, and Zoom if it exposes a rate. Mismatches sound like static.
